I focus on programming sustainable plans, good form and realistic nutrition so every person I coach feels capable, understood and set up for success.

Favourite Session: I love a hybrid session, a mix of cardio and strength movements with good vibes, music and motivation.

Go To Music: In class I love anything dance to get the energy up, when I’m training though it’s anything from country to rap and everything in between.

What I love about PT Studio: I love that the PT Studio empowers women in the most supportive environment, everyone has a place in the gym and regardless of how long you’ve been training for, there’s something for everyone.

I’m best suited to women who want clear guidance, realistic structure and a supportive coach who meets them exactly where they are. I work really well with beginners who want to build confidence and learn proper technique, as well as women who’ve trained before but need smarter programming, accountability and a plan that actually fits their life. My style is encouraging, straightforward and focused on helping you feel capable from day one.
