Helping women feel strong and confident in their bodies in a supportive and motivating environment
What I can help you with
I have a strong passion for building muscle as we age, improving fitness and core stability.
I bring strong coaching, relationship-building, and programming skills.
I’m good at helping clients feel supported while still progressing, and I can contribute in areas like strength training, hybrid-style conditioning, core work, and accountability-based coaching.
Whether your goal is fat loss, gaining strength or improving performance I can support you with a structured programme.
A bit about me
-
Favourite Session: My favourite session combines foundational strength lifts like squats, deadlifts, pushes and pulls with a core and conditioning finisher, creating an adaptable, engaging workout that builds strength, improves fitness, and leaves clients feeling challenged while progressing toward clear goals.
-
Go To Music: R&B + Pop - Britney, Missy Elliott, Pussycat Dolls- Basically anything from the 00’s
-
What I love about PT Studio: The PT Studio is a safe, supportive and inclusive community where women train and build each other up.

I'm Best Suited To
As a Midwife, I am passionate about supporting women to stay fit and healthy throughout pregnancy with a particular focus on helping them return to exercise safely and confidently in the postnatal period using evidence-based core & pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises.
I specialise in coaching women, especially beginners to lift confidently through good technique, clear guidance, and progressive strength training.
What My Clients Say
I have had positive feedback from clients in classes who have told me they really enjoyed my sessions, felt challenged in a good way, and appreciated the structure and coaching.
Clients have commented that they felt muscles working in places they hadn’t before (‘good sore’ feedback), which suggested the sessions were effective. I’ve also had feedback that my coaching style feels supportive and approachable, particularly for those newer to strength training.
